Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this store and any order placed through it. By browsing, creating an account or checking out you accept them. Please read the sections on pricing, shipping, returns and liability before you buy, because they set out what each side is responsible for.
Eligibility
This store sells to adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, and you confirm that at checkout. Orders may be cancelled where age cannot be verified. Our age verification policy describes the process at order and at delivery.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the item only. Figures move from time to time, and what you pay is whatever the page showed at the moment you confirmed. Where an obvious pricing error appears, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than honour the displayed figure.
Tax
Sales tax, where it applies, depends on where the order is going. It is worked out during checkout and appears on its own line ahead of payment. Rates vary by state and move from time to time; what is charged is what the checkout calculated for that order.
Shipping
Shipping options, handling times and charges are set out in our shipping policy, and the destinations we can reach are listed in our shipping restrictions. An adult signature is required on delivery. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier records delivery.
Returns and refunds
Unopened items can be returned within the window described in our returns and refunds policy. For hygiene reasons, an item that has been opened or used cannot be returned. Where a refund is approved it is issued to the original payment method, and the timing depends on the card issuer or processor.
Warranty
Items are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty where one is offered, and nothing in these terms removes any right you have under applicable consumer law. A warranty claim is assessed against the maker’s terms; normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and damage from a cleaner the maker does not recommend are not covered.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or misrepresent items purchased here.
- Do not use the store for fraud, or supply false age or delivery information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk or test its security without written permission.
Liability
Where the law allows a ceiling to be set, the most we answer for on any order is the sum you paid for it, shipping included. Losses that are indirect or consequential fall outside what we answer for. No part of this clause reduces a limit that the law does not allow us to set.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled, and it is written into these terms by reference.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to the support address first and allow a reasonable period for a response. Most disputes are resolved at that stage. Unresolved disputes are handled in the courts of the state in which the operating entity is registered; that state must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders. The governing law is the law of that state.
Changes
These terms may be revised. The version in force is the one published on this page when your order is placed. The legal entity trading as QUIETIVY, its registered address and any state or local registration numbers must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
